Our Local Issues serve to make visible people, learnspaces, allies and coaches for caring citizens and THIS SPECIAL YOUNG GENERATION to activate and unfold their hero*ine skills and succeed in their historic role as the Change Generation.

BIG CITIES have our special attention, since they have

• many problems
• many potentials, often the country’s most progressive schools and cultural creatives
• high awareness of need for innovation, youth leadership, an active citizenry, social enterprise, ecosystem restoration, to connect youth with nature, form global partnerships and more
• rich resources and relations to co-create issues fast
• ability to add exciting workshops and programs to involve inspired youth and adults to self-organize follow-up
• international partner city relations for more

REALITY IS … many potentials are left untapped, prosperity is eroding, violence against public servants is on the rise, and multiple crisis are escalating. A Local Issue is a MUST-HAVE to activate their citizenry and young generation.

Our goal is to kick off immediate action as Readers become Users and equipped with their new set of solutions, learnspaces,  partners, know-how and tools self-organize follow-up actions. From more issues to projects and campaigns with local and global partners – available in our global Tribe.

It begins with showing hero*ines, genius folks, loving allies, action opportunities and magic tricks with a dose of beauty, joy, adventure and can-do feel. We complement the local with the planet’s finest in youth leadership role models, solutions, coaches and project partners.

The solutions and support networks exist. We just need to make them accessible in proper positive flair. This is expecially true for big cities with the richest and best connected infrastructure in the country. They have to lead the way and show what is possible!

Further, our action call to local stakeholders – municipality, SDG advocates, schools, civil society, cultural creatives, responsible businesses, the general citizenry – includes tools and activities for swift contribution, use at home, school and work, to take action and spark a fresh sense of action that generates (a) stories for the magazine, (b) changes lives and land of young changemakers in crisis regions, (c) inspires youth, students and citizens to make changemaking their “sport” and (d) nurtures like-minded community around the topic of positive news + youth leadership + active citizenry + living SDGs in Action. Thereby we also nurture more that your city needs:
